What is it and when is it done?
Physiotherapy includes exercises, manual techniques, electrotherapy, ultrasound and laser for back and joint pain, after injuries and surgery. Usually in series of 10 sessions.
How long does it take?
30–60 minutes per session.
How do I prepare?
Comfortable clothes, towel.
What happens afterwards?
Therapist report after the series; home exercises.
Referral: No referral is needed for a private appointment. In the public system you need a referral from your family doctor.
