Terms of use

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of prvitermin.com and adriatermin.com (hereinafter: Prvi termin), operated by Alen Gruber (Prvi termin), Mohrengasse 1, 90402 Nuernberg, Deutschland. By using the portals you accept these terms.

2. Service

Prvi termin shows publicly available waiting lists and a directory of private healthcare providers in Croatia with their services, prices and availability, and forwards appointment requests to clinics. Prvi termin is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical services or advice, guarantees neither an available appointment nor a treatment outcome, and is not a party to the contract between patient and clinic. In an emergency call 112.

3. Appointment requests

An appointment request is a non-binding enquiry to the clinic. An appointment exists only once the clinic confirms it. Cancel appointments you cannot attend directly with the clinic. Prvi termin is free for patients.

4. Clinic accounts

Clinics register or claim an existing profile; Prvi termin verifies authorisation before activation. The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of its information, in particular prices and availability, and only enters availability it can honour. The clinic is an independent controller under the GDPR for patient data it receives.

5. Reviews

Only patients with an appointment confirmed through Prvi termin can leave a review. Reviews are checked before publication; Prvi termin may reject or remove reviews containing insults, third-party health data, advertising or false statements of fact. The clinic may reply publicly.

6. Packages and payment (clinics)

The basic profile is free. Paid packages are for businesses only; a consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Prices and VAT are shown on the For clinics page and on the invoice. Payment by card via Stripe or by bank transfer; the package is activated once payment is received and runs for the stated period without automatic renewal. A featured profile runs for 14 days.

7. Removal of content and suspension

Prvi termin may remove profiles, services or reviews that breach these terms or the law, and suspend accounts in case of abuse (e.g. repeatedly false availability). Those affected are told the reasons and can object.

8. Liability

Prvi termin is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage. The clinic alone is responsible for medical services, their quality and prices; we give no warranty for third-party data (clinics, HZZO).

9. Final provisions

German law applies. For consumers this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence. Place of jurisdiction for businesses is the operator's place of business. We publish changes to these terms on this page and notify registered clinics by e-mail. Last updated: October 2026.
