Prvi termin is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical services or advice, and is not a party to the relationship between patient and clinic.

Responsibility for content

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices and availability. Waiting-list data comes from public sources (HZZO) and may differ from the current situation. Patient reviews reflect personal experience and are published after review. Operators of linked external sites are responsible for their content.

Complaints

Complaints: info@prvitermin.com, answered within 15 days. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
